RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Deliveries must be checked and signed for as you are confirming that goods are in good condition, that the correct goods have been sent, and the correct quantities received.
Once you have signed, Glass Blocks Direct LTD can not be held responsible for any irregularities/ discrepancies.
- Returns – We will accept returns within 5 days of receipt of delivery.
- Credits/refunds are made through Worldpay and will be processed upon receipt of goods less postage and handling costs.
To Make a return- The quickest way is to notify us by e-mail. simply e- mail us with the following information:
- Your full name , address & phone number
- The name and address the goods were shipped to
- The items and ID number* you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the refund/exchange.
