Returns & Refunds
Please read our returns and refund policy before you place your order
Glass Blocks Direct operates a very simple Returns and Refunds policy:
- ON DELIVERY - Please check all items within 72 hours of taking delivery. Should there be any breakages, please contact us on 01243 790425 to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent.
- RETURNS – We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Credits will be made through WORLDPAY, once we have received the goods, less postage and a handling charge.
- TO MAKE A RETURN - The fastest way is by email. Simply Email us the following information:
1. Your full name, address & phone number.
2. The name and address the goods were shipped to/
3. The items and sale ID number* you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange.
